Children and Youth Pastor

Next Generations Ministry at Engage Church is critically important to our mission. We are leading and helping the next generation seek and find Christ, as well as grow in their relationship with Him.

Next Generations Ministry at Engage will be exciting and fun. We can’t sacrifice fun, and expect kids to learn, we will engage them at every level in the lesson in any way possible. We’ll train up believers starting at the earliest of ages, and help them to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Duties:

Provide strategy and development for all Next Gen Ministry environments (Kids Ministries and Youth Ministries)

Review, purchase, and adapt all curriculums for the large group/small group.

Recruit and oversee all volunteers providing leadership, training, and appreciation.

Develop and maintain safe, clean and aesthetic Ministry learning environments.
