CyLife Church is seeking a Discipleship Pastor to lead, develop, and nurture healthy small groups while overseeing Men’s and Women’s Ministry programs. This role involves shaping a culture of biblical discipleship, creating impactful connections within groups, providing training, and fostering a thriving small-group leadership environment to cultivate disciples who embody Christ’s love and live out the church’s core values.

Cypress, TX is a rapidly growing suburb in the NW Houston metro. Houston is the most diverse city in the US, and Cypress and CyLife Church are a clear reflection of that. The population of Cypress is over 201,000 and will grow extensively over the next 5 years. The Cy-Fair school district is the 3rd largest in the state and is home to some of the highest performing schools in Texas, both academically and athletically.
