Lead Pastor

LEAD WITH ALOHA IN HONOLULU

International Church of Oahu is prayerfully seeking a Bible-centered, culturally attuned, and relationally gifted Lead Pastor to guide our vibrant multi-ethnic congregation into its next season of ministry. Located just minutes from downtown Honolulu, our debt-free campus sits in the lush Nuʻuanu Valley and serves a diverse faith family rooted in Scripture, shaped by grace, and passionate about helping people love God, love people, serve, and engage the world.

We’re looking for a humble shepherd, dynamic teacher, and strategic leader who thrives in multicultural environments and is eager to invest in people, develop leaders, and build bridges across generations and cultures. If you’re ready to lead with authenticity, preach with clarity, and serve with aloha, we invite you to explore this opportunity.
