Communications Director

County Line Church of God (Auburn, IN) is seeking a Communications Director with a heart for people to know Jesus. This role oversees our creative communication, brand strategy, content management, and social media. You will lead a dedicated team to share our vision with excellence, aligning with County Line's branding and style guidelines.

Core Responsibilities

• Creative Direction & Branding: Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and physical campuses. Provide oversight for promotional videos and sermon reach.
• Digital & Print Campaigns: Coordinate bi-monthly email newsletters, monthly handout cards, restroom stall hangs, and oversee timely updates to the website.
• Event Logistics & Systems: Oversee ministry event registrations, attendee communication, internal ministry request workflows, and Planning Center communication inboxes.
• Social Media & Promotions: Plan and implement social media strategies, and guide promotional plans for internal events and weekend experiences.

Qualifications Needed

• Strong graphic design abilities and a highly creative mindset.
• A deep heart for people to know Jesus and the ability to clearly communicate that vision.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating direct reports and external design agencies.
