Associate - Youth Pastor

We are looking for someone, or a family, to join our team. This position is extremely versatile and could be tailored to the strengths of the candidate. 

Our church is a growing, thriving body of incredible believers. They want to be challenged to go deeper in their walk with the Lord, and community outreach is our heartbeat.

Administrative skills would be a plus, as would a love and acumen for tech. A heart for the next generation is desired; we have a strong crew of volunteers who are ready to come alongside in support of the leader. Musical strengths would be an asset, but not necessary.

A deep commitment to the Lord, His Word, and a heart to reach the lost and broken are a must.

We are willing to train the right person. We would like a full-time team member, but we can work with someone who desires to work in the community. Our values are wrapped up in three key words - “Love, Grow, Serve”.

We are a strong missions church. We love the lost. We have several missionaries who call our church home when they are not on the field. 

The salary would be based on the role designed for the individual. A 3-bedroom, 2-bath parsonage with all utilities paid is part of the compensation package. Due to our commitment to community engagement, we have also permitted our full-time associates to substitute teach in our local public school system one day each week, treating it as a regular workday.
