Faith Community Church seeks a man of God who will serve as an associate pastor to serve a small and growing church in the California Bay Area. The candidate must be willing to relocate to the Bay Area and shepherd the flock of God alongside the existing senior pastor. We are looking for a man who desires to serve in a team of pastors to help mature the saints and reach the lost in the Bay Area. Attached is a doc with the lists of professional requirements, character requirements, ministerial duties, employment details, and application instructions. Since the candidate’s areas of giftedness are difficult to discern upfront, the duties will initially be shared across the board with the senior pastor and then over time his duties may gravitate more toward his strengths.
