Children's Pastor/Director

The Heights Baptist Church in Chesterfield, Virginia, is seeking a passionate and relational Children's Pastor/Director to lead a thriving ministry focused on helping children know and follow Jesus. This individual will provide spiritual leadership for children and families, develop and equip volunteer leaders, create engaging discipleship environments, and partner with parents as the primary faith trainers in the home. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, an effective leader, and a committed follower of Christ who is excited about reaching the next generation with the gospel. 

The Heights Baptist Church is a growing Southern Baptist church in Chesterfield, Virginia, with a strong commitment to reaching and discipling the next generation. We believe "Next Generation Matters Now" and invest significant resources, leadership, and volunteer support into helping children and families know and follow Jesus. Our Children's Pastor/Director will join a collaborative Next Generation team that values family discipleship, gospel-centered ministry, and creating environments where both children and parents can thrive spiritually.
