General Summary and Objective: Responsibilities include oversight of Crossroads Christian Church’s Global Outreach Ministry including vision and mission advancement, leadership of team members, and implementation of the Global Outreach strategy. Requires collaborative work with all Crossroads departments, partnering organizations, and other churches.

Global Outreach Administration, Education, Mobilization, Advancement, and Prayer:
• Advance corporate and personal prayer within body for Global Outreach priorities
• Oversee the creation and implementation of Global Outreach goals/planning that are consistent with Crossroads’ priorities and champion them among staff and body.
• Works closely with Crossroads Missional Living Team & CCC Staff, Volunteers, and Global Partners to develop needed strategies and mobilization of people
• Oversee the Global Outreach Budget, including decision-making on current and potential workers and partnerships in cooperation with Exec. Director of Mobilization and the
Outreach Leadership Team
• Serve on the Outreach Leadership Team representing Global Outreach
• Inspire and mobilize the Body toward Global Outreach priorities through relational education experiences and strategic trips
• Develop and implement Global Outreach discipleship mobilization curriculum including effective sending of our people to be traditional missionaries and marketplace workers
• Develop and mentor leaders and future additional Leadership Teams Global Outreach Partner, Missionary Care, and Programming
• Develop and oversee Missionary Care Team(s) for our Partners
• Personal on-going relational and strategic investment with our Partners including needed missionary pastoral care
• Develop and implement global programming, projects, and events
Additional Responsibilities:
• Oversee Global Leadership Team and any other auxiliary teams
• Serve on other needed ministry teams
• Develop and maintain significant relationships with global organizations that are relevant to global outreach strategic planning
Requirements (knowledge, skills, abilities, education, etc.)
• Fully devoted follower of Christ
• Champion of vision, values, and culture of Crossroads Christian Church
• Exceptional model of personal integrity
• Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent
• Minimum five years of experience in ministry and/or secular team building
• Knowledge of global missions, cross-cultural ministry, church planting, Biblical Worldview
• Ability to convey a positive professional image and maintain confidentiality
• Passion to see the Great Commission fulfilled with great compassion in our generation
• Passion to see the Church mobilized and equipped to obey Christ
• Good communication and teaching skills
• Demonstrated capacity to lead, administrate, build and sustain teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution management
