Position/Title                         High School And Outreach Coordinator

Responsibilities Include:

* Work with the Pastor of Students and the student staff team in planning, budgeting, leading trips, meeting with students in the high school ministry

*Rotating teaching assignments between MS and HS programs

*Oversee the High School Student ministry volunteers within Mt Horeb Student Ministries, including the following:

Nurturing, encouraging, training, and assisting them in their ministries. Goal setting and evaluation.

* Meet with and minister to the high school boys of Mt Horeb Student Ministries.

Grow individual relational opportunities, co-lead a high school boys’ small group

*Develop and implement outreach campaigns and materials to raise awareness of programs and opportunities for middle school and high school

*Track outreach activities, engagement metrics, and student participation

*Coordinate with the Missions Pastor to help as many middle school and high school students in missional opportunities as possible

*Must be able to work Christmas Eve, Easter, VBS and other assigned special events.

Skill Set/Experience

. 3-5 years of Student Ministry experience

· Ability to accomplish and complete duties independently

· Proven time management skills

· Proven leadership qualities

· Ability to work with others in a team environment

· Striving for excellence in ministry

· Organizational and administration skills necessary
