Responsibilities

  • Preach and teach sermons that inspire and educate the congregation.
  • Provide pastoral care and counseling to individuals and families.
  • Lead and oversee all worship services and religious ceremonies.
  • Develop and implement programs to support spiritual growth and community outreach.
  • Supervise church staff and coordinate volunteer activities.
  • Manage church administration including budgeting, facilities, and communications.
  • Collaborate with church leadership to set and execute the vision and mission of the church.
  • Represent the church in community events and interfaith activities.

Requirements

  • Ordained minister with a valid theological degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience in pastoral leadership within a religious setting.
  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
  • Strong counseling and interpersonal skills to support congregation members.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse congregation.
  • Experience in church administration, including budgeting and program management.
  • Commitment to uphold and promote the core doctrines and values of the faith.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers.
