Director of Children Ministries

The Director of Children’s Ministry provides vision for spiritual development and organizational leadership for Bethany’s children (nursery through 5th grade), by ensuring a nurturing, safe and gospel-centered environmentwhere children begin a life-long relationship with Jesus Christ and are taught God’s Word and families are supported as their children’s primary spiritual influencers. Although the primary focus is the Children’s Ministry within the church, the Director will also have opportunity to support the families whose children attend Bethany Christian Academy and Preschool. This overall role is primarily focused on building systems, equipping a dynamic team of volunteers and cultivating an atmosphere that encourages growth, spiritual formation for children and families
