Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Lead Pastor with a deep love for Jesus Christ and His church. The ideal candidate will provide spiritual leadership, sound biblical teaching, and strategic vision to equip the congregation for ministry and mission.

Key Responsibilities

Preach and teach Scripture with clarity, relevance, and sound doctrine.

Provide overall spiritual and organizational leadership for the church.

Oversee and support ministry leaders, staff, and volunteers.

Equip and disciple members for personal growth and outreach.

Lead corporate worship, pastoral care, weddings, funerals, and other church functions.

Engage actively in the local community as an ambassador for Christ.

Qualifications

A mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Demonstrated leadership and experience in pastoral ministry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Theological training (seminary degree preferred but not required).

Agreement with the church’s statement of faith and mission.

Compensation

Salary based on experience and qualifications. Housing is provided with additional benefits discussed during the interview process.
