Role Overview
The Online Bible Study Facilitator leads and supports student-centered Bible study sessions in a respectful, engaging, and inclusive online environment. This role focuses on guiding discussion, encouraging participation, and fostering spiritual growth among students.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate scheduled online Bible study sessions
- Prepare or follow selected Bible passages and discussion topics
- Encourage open, respectful, and thoughtful discussion
- Create a welcoming and safe space for all participants
- Support students’ spiritual growth and understanding of Scripture
- Uphold school guidelines and community standards during sessions
- Communicate session times and expectations clearly with participants
Qualifications
- Strong interest in Christian faith and Bible study
- Comfortable leading or guiding group discussions
- Reliable, respectful, and responsible
- Good communication skills
- Experience in peer leadership or faith-based groups (preferred, not required)
Time Commitment
- 1–2 sessions per week, 60 minutes each
