Youth Pastor/ Chaplain

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor/ Chaplain. This role includes two key areas of ministry: working with youth and serving as a chaplain for a security company connected to our church. This unique role requires someone who is passionate about spiritual leadership, enjoys working with youth, and has the capability to collaborate with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Youth Ministry Leadership:

• Organize and lead weekly youth group meetings, activities, and events.

• Develop and implement programs that engage and inspire youth in their spiritual journey.

• Train and support volunteer leaders in the youth ministry.

• Assist in planning and conducting adult worship services, including preaching and teaching when required.

• Participate in various church committees and outreach efforts.

Chaplaincy:

• Serve as a chaplain, providing spiritual support and guidance to employees of Archangel Security company.

• Develop relationships with security personnel to understand their spiritual needs and offer appropriate support.

• Facilitate workshops or seminars as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, or related field preferred but not required.

• Credentialed with the Assemblies of God or willingness to progress towards credentialing is desired.

• Experience in youth ministry or similar roles.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
