Lead Pastor

Seattle Bridge Church is seeking a biblically grounded and relational Lead Pastor to lead the congregation into its next season of ministry. We are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and welcome applicants whose theology and ministry convictions align with conservative Protestant doctrine.

Salary: $100,000 total package

Primary Responsibilities

• Preach and teach the Word of God faithfully and clearly.
• Lead the church following a season of transition with wisdom, humility, and unity.
• Shepherd the congregation through prayer, pastoral care, and discipleship.
• Provide spiritual leadership and direction in collaboration with ministry leaders and develop lay leaders.
• Equip and encourage members for spiritual growth, service, and outreach.

Qualifications

• A clear calling to pastoral ministry and a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Life and character consistent with biblical elder qualifications (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1).
• Commitment to the authority of Scripture and core evangelical beliefs.
• Theological alignment with conservative Protestant doctrine.
• Strong preaching, communication, and relational leadership skills.
• Ability to minister in a multi-generational, culturally diverse congregation.
• Korean-American ministry experience and/or bilingual ability (English/Korean) is preferred.
• Able to legally work in the United States.
