Our vision is to see Mississippi changed one life change story at a time, and we're looking for a passionate Worship Pastor to help us lead the way alongside our Lead Pastor of Worship at our Reservoir Campus in Flowood.

We'll connect quickly if you are:

• A phenomenal worship pastor with a history of success in developing others vocally and instrumentally;
• An expert in cultivating bands and managing contract music directors; 
• Are a natural networker, connector, and spiritual shepherd with a passion for raising up new worship leaders on and off the platform;
• An excellent communicator of vision, mission, and values; and,
• Proven leadership experience with proficiency in leading and developing individuals and teams.

To lead efficiently with us, you must:

• Illustrate proficiency in leading worship from multiple instruments;
• Believe wholeheartedly that the role of a pastor is to equip others to lead out in ministry by recruiting, training, and building a team of instrumentalists and vocalists; 
• Have experience leading a team; and,
• Provide a highlight reel of you leading worship from the stage.

It would be incredible if you:

• Are a self-starter who can take an idea, develop it and see it through to completion without much direct oversight;
• Multi-task well, but don’t lose sight of the people you are leading;
• Are more passionate about shepherding and leading volunteers toward being successful on the platform rather than being on the platform yourself.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor's degree minimum, higher education is even better.

RESERVOIR CAMPUS: As Pinelake's first campus, the Reservoir hosts over 6,000 weekly attenders over four services on Sunday morning plus a mid-week experience called Renewal. As a suburb just East of Jackson, Flowood is the fifth fastest-growing city within the state! Excellent schools, great parks, expanding retail developments, and a great Southern charm, make this community one of the most liveable in the Southeast! This campus also serves families from the surrounding areas of Brandon, Pisgah, Ridgeland, Jackson, and countless other towns and cities within our state.

PINELAKE'S STORY: The story of Pinelake Church began in February of 1971 in Brandon, Mississippi, in a mobile chapel in a rural area near The Reservoir. By God's grace and power, our faith family has grown into a dynamic church spanning five cities throughout our state -- Clinton, Madison, Oxford, the Reservoir, and Starkville. Weekly, we serve over 12,000 people, but we celebrate stories of life change one person at a time.
