Serve God and country as a US ARMY Chaplain!

Nurture the living. Care for the wounded. Honor the fallen.

Army chaplains provide pastoral services for Soldiers and families in the US Army. They develop relationships, counsel, mentor, and advise the unit leadership on issues from a distinctly religious perspective. An Army Chaplain regularly visits Soldiers in their work spaces to provide encouragement and counsel. Reserve Chaplains serve part-time 2 days/month and 2 weeks for Annual Training (normally in the summer).


Are you:

  • US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card)
  • Under 42 years of age (Waivers may be granted for people over 42)
  • A graduate with 72 credit Master's degree from accredited seminary
