County Line Church of God is a growing, multi-campus church with a bold vision: to reach more people through healthy, mission-aligned campuses and strategic outreach efforts. We are seeking a visionary, high-capacity leader to serve as our Director of Church Multiplication — someone who is passionate about building teams, launching campuses, strengthening outreach, and advancing the Kingdom locally and globally.

This is more than a leadership role. It’s a calling to multiply impact.

What You’ll Do

As Director of Church Multiplication, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for:

🌱 Campus Development & Church Planting

• Lead the development and execution of our multiplication strategy in partnership with the Senior Pastor
• Guide the launch, development, and ongoing health of current and future campuses
• Coach and support Campus Pastors to ensure strong leadership and cultural alignment
• Uphold County Line’s mission, values, and quality standards across every campus

🌍 Local Outreach & Global Missions

• Oversee and strengthen local outreach initiatives
• Develop and guide the global missions strategy
• Ensure outreach efforts align with the overall vision and priorities of the church
• Steward multiplication and missions budgets with wisdom and accountability

🤝 Strategic Leadership & Collaboration

• Partner with the Senior Pastor and ministry leaders on key initiatives
• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to Campus Pastors and the Outreach Pastor
• Collaborate with Main Campus staff to ensure campuses receive operational and ministry support
• Identify challenges, develop solutions, and step in with hands-on leadership when needed

Who You Are

You are a spiritually mature, organized, and forward-thinking leader who thrives in complexity and carries both vision and execution.

You likely:

• Have 5+ years of relevant ministry leadership experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Are highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Lead with relational intelligence and influence
• Handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion
• Are a strong communicator (written and verbal)
• Are comfortable with technology (Google Workspace and Mac experience preferred)
• See your work as a ministry and can clearly articulate how it advances the mission

A current driver’s license is required.

Spiritual Expectations

• Active participation in the life and ministry of County Line Church
• Ability to affirm and sign the church’s Statement of Faith and Staff Lifestyle Agreement
• Commitment to the policies and procedures in the employee handbook

Physical Requirements

• Ability to function independently
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (with or without assistance)
• Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods as the ministry requires
