Grace Crossing Baptisti Church Children’s Minister
Grace Crossing is a church that has been in existence since 2015. Our church was a campus of First Baptist Church of Jackson from 2006, until our inception in 2015. Our Children’s Minister position has been a full time position since 2011. We are looking for someone with a call to minister to children grades K5- 5th and their families.
Our church is seeking someone who has completed or is close to completing a bachelor’s degree. We are also interested in candidates who have complete seminary or are still in pursuit of a seminary degree. We will make allowances for someone seeking to further their education.
Our church is in a fast growing part of Madison County. We are three miles from Madison Crossing Elementary School and about eight miles from Mansdale Elementary. In addition, we have families involved at Madison Ridgeland Academy, Canton Academy, Madison Avenue Elementary, Madison Station Elementary and Tri County Academy. In addition, we have children who are a part of several homeschool groups. With hundreds of houses going up in our community, Grace Crossing is in the middle of white fields ready to harvest.
Our expectations for a Children’s Minister are that they will be a part of the Gluckstadt, Madison and Canton communities. We are looking for a minister who will be involved in our community and schools. Our church and ministry group is made up of children and families who are a part of several different public and private schools, as well as home school groups. We are looking for someone to be a part of the Grace Crossing family.
Our Staff functions like a family. We will be looking for someone who will be able to work well alongside of our staff in ministry. At various times each year we work fully together on Children’s Events such as VBS, our Fall Festival, and other events to reach children.
Our Compensation. The position is a full time salaried position. We also provide full medical insurance and contribute to the Guidestone Retirement plan for our staff. Salary structure is based upon experience, education and performance.

Grace Crossing is a church in the middle of a fast growing area of Madison County. Founded in 2015, we have grown to over 400 in worship. Our children's ministry position has been a full time position since our inception in 2015. We are within three miles of Madison Crossing Elementary, and are surrounded by growing subdivisions full of young families.
We are an elder led and staff driven church. Our Children's Minister will have great freedom to design and implement ministry as they see fit. We are looking for someone to LEAD our church in ministry to children and families with children.
