We are looking for an energetic worship pastor who loves Jesus, loves the local church, has the desire to see lost people find Jesus and followers of Jesus grow a refreshing and deep faith, and will use music, worship, lighting, and technology to help make that happen. Our worship pastor will engage and lead us in energetic, joyful celebration such that you can’t help but stand up and move. In addition, our worship pastor must be able to lead and guide us into the depths and heart of intimate and passionate music and worship which lifts up and magnifies our Lord and God. Our worship pastor must be a team player and able to build a fun-loving team with the camaraderie of a close-knit family. Our purpose is to guide people into a refreshing relationship with Jesus Christ. We are a medium to large sized family church. John & Sandy Laeger started Meadow in 1998 due to a burden and passion to build a church which reaches the individual and family who does not attend church. We are a non-denominational church. We work hard at crafting and building a church which is on the cutting edge of methodology. Our doctrine is conservative and would be similar to that found in Evangelical Free or Christian Missionary Alliance churches. We are located in Chaska, Minnesota which is a Southwest suburb of Minneapolis. We are a big-town with a small-town vibe just 20 minutes from the big city and all it offers, but yet just minutes away from the quiet country.
