Canaan Church is seeking a full-time English Ministry Pastor who embodies both strong biblical teaching and relational leadership — someone eager to disciple, equip, and unite God’s people across generations for His Kingdom.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead and shepherd the English Ministry through preaching, teaching, mentoring, and building a healthy, disciple-making culture. Develop and equip lay leaders to share in the work of ministry, fostering a team-based approach to spiritual growth and congregational care.

Time Commitment: This is a full-time exempt staff position, requiring flexibility to meet programmatic and seasonal needs. The English Ministry Pastor (and his/her spouse if married) is expected to take an active role in the life of Canaan and fully participate in church functions, including those happening outside of Sunday. This involves, but is not limited to, periodically visiting fellowships during weeknights, and scheduling time to meet with members to build relationships and for counseling.
Reports directly to the Senior Pastor and works in partnership with the Elders of the church, operating within Canaan’s overall mission, core values, and church governance structure.
