Goal of the Position

The primary goal of this position is to lead a Gospel-centered, Christ-exalting music and video ministry at Reclamation Church.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with the lead pastor to plan and execute worship services and worship engagements at RCM.
• Execute weekend worship service and other worship engagements.
• Implement and oversee all Audio/Visual systems.
• Uphold the guidelines and standards for the production of services.
• Evaluate and ensure the quality of technical systems and schedule repairs/adjustments.
• Manage and produce all post-service audio and video.
• Support the worship and production teams.
• Recruit, train, develop, and care for team members.
• Schedule teams for Sunday worship services and other events where worship is present.
• Communicate regularly with the team, including weekly service flow communication and post-weekend debrief communication.
• Lead beyond the worship ministry as a part of the staff team.
• Carry leadership responsibilities and participate in discipleship efforts beyond the worship team as directed by the Lead Pastor.
