Worship Pastor

We are seeking a part-time Worship Pastor to lead our worship team on Sunday mornings. We have several skilled musicians, but are in need of someone to lead them. This individual would also be over our audio/visual team, as well as the scheduling of all teams that encompass the worship ministry.

Practices and rehearsals each week would fall under the leadership of this individual as well.

Royston Baptist is a very warm, servant-minded, and loving church. Our music ministry has always been a big part of who we are at RBC. Our goal is to create an exciting atmosphere as we worship the Lord, and that as people come onto our campus, they feel like they are home.

We stand on the truth of Scripture and our desire is that people experience the love of Jesus while at RBC. Our mission statement is Gather, Grow, Go. Not only do we desire for their to be unbelievable worship, but for folks to grow spiritually, and to take what they know, and make it known to others.

This position will be quite flexible since it is part-time, but staff development and culture are super important. RBC is a great place, and we are looking for the next person to make it even better.
