The Opportunity

This is a full seat at the table. You'll shape the spiritual formation of children from birth through 5th grade with full leadership support, a committed volunteer culture, and a senior pastor who champions children's ministry from the pulpit. You won't be handed a program and told to run it — you'll be handed the keys and trusted to build something that outlasts all of us.

Who We're Looking For

You're not just organized and energetic — you're anointed. You carry a genuine burden for kids to know Jesus, a gift for developing volunteers into leaders, and the wisdom to walk alongside families in every season. You hold a ministry degree or equivalent experience, and you're either ordained in the Church of the Nazarene or eager to pursue it.
