Job Description

Church office bookkeeping experience, knowledge of Quickbook Desktop, hands on data input for all transactions. CCb or Membership software preferred. Weekly processing of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll. Maintenance of HR files and financial records. Monthly reconciliation and compilation of financial reports, bank statements, credit card statements and fund accounts.
