Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver weekly sermons
• Provide pastoral care, hospital, and visitation ministry
• Represent and engage in the local community
• Lead discipleship classes and bible studies

The ideal candidate will be:

• A pastor who is devoted to studying, teaching, and living out the Word of God
• In alignment with our Statement of Beliefs
• Relational and approachable, with a heart for pastoral care
• Passionate about leading and serving a small-town church
• Able to work collaboratively with church leadership to set vision and strategy

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60K-$80K starting salary commensurate with experience
