To continue that mission, Marble seeks a dynamic and inspiring Senior Minister to spiritually lead and build a sustainable future for its congregation while honoring and carrying forward the church’s extraordinary legacy. This is an opportunity for a gifted preacher, pastor, theologian, and leader to help shape the next chapter of this iconic church.

The Senior Minister serves as Marble’s primary pastoral, theological, and organizational leader, providing strategic leadership, a compelling vision for the church’s spiritual future, and inspired, biblically grounded preaching. Each week, Marble brings together a diverse in-person congregation and a national and global audience through livestreamed worship and other online offerings. In partnership with ministerial staff, the Marble staff, and the Marble Board, the Senior Minister will strengthen and grow this community, deepening the lives of those in the congregation while finding creative and innovative ways to engage an expanding online audience.

The successful candidate will be an approachable, engaged pastoral presence in the church. The Senior Minister will cultivate a welcoming and inclusive culture grounded in compassion, patience, forgiveness, and respect for different perspectives, while creating a compelling vision for Marble’s future that is rooted in its faith, history, and enduring legacy.
