Lead a dynamic team of musicians in an active and growing church community. The part-time Director of Music Ministries and Worship Arts will organize, enhance and expand the church’s music program.
Responsibilities include directing the adult vocal choir, instrumentalists, bell choirs, working with the drama team and special musicians, and encouraging/assisting youth to participate in the music ministry. The congregation appreciates both traditional and contemporary worship music.
The Director oversees and coordinates the church’s music programs (adults and youth) including instruments and budget. This is a team ministry that includes working with the pastor, accompanists, musicians and planning committees.
The Music Director will have a sense of ministry that leads inspiring worship and generates a sense of enthusiasm and fun for the musical groups, soloists and congregation.
