About Glen Ellyn Bible Church

GEBC’s 80th anniversary is right around the corner. We’ve served Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, and the surrounding Western Suburbs of Chicago Community for nearly 8 decades! Our style of worship and programming has changed over the years but our passion for following Jesus and helping others do the same has never wavered. We are committed to teaching the Bible to people of all ages and walks of life through meaningful and relevant worship services, age specific programming, and caregiving for those in need both in our local community and around the world.

Glen Ellyn Bible Church exists to “Help People Follow Jesus” and we do this in a variety of ways. From the worship services to small groups, from student ministries to our care center everything we do is about helping people find and follow Jesus. Presently about 1000 people attend our worship services. Approximately 250 middle school and high school students count GEBC as their church home. Our children’s ministry serves over 200 kids ages birth-5th grade.

We are multi-generational church with our largest demographic being young suburban families raising school aged children. Over the past 5 years we have an increasing desire to be more diverse as a body as well. Our vision to launch a campus is working hand in hand with our vision to become a more multi-ethic church.
