Resurgent Church is looking for a Student Pastor to oversee our Student Ministry ranging from ages 13-18. The Student Pastor will be responsible for weekly youth services, discipleship, regular activities, yearly trips, missions involvement, etc. The Student Pastor will look to make inroads into the surrounding schools and venues where youth connect. The Student Pastor will hold office hours and at times work remotely under the direction of the Lead Pastor. The Student Pastor will attend weekly staff meetings and be part of the planning and vision casting of the Leadership Team.
Several qualifications are preferred but not deal-breakers. A candidate who is married is preferred, but single candidates will also be strongly considered. A Bachelors degree, or someone who is actively working towards a degree is preferred. Candidate must be a team player and coachable. Most of all, someone who has a love and passion for reaching this generation is desired.
