We are hiring a full time position to oversee our Worship and Production teams. This role is a Pastor/Director level and the title is dependent on the candidate's calling and experience.
The ideal person could play an instrument and lead worship vocally, though our team has competent and talented individuals that allow for variety of song leading. A compentecy in Abelton, Planning Center, etc is required.
Additionally, the production aspect of the role requires knowledge in sound, lighting and computers and the ability to recruit and train the existing and new team members. A knowledge and/or competency in Propresenter, Berrhinger Wing console, etc is required.
We are a multigenerational church about halfway between the city of Atlanta and the North Georgia mountains. The city of Canton is in Cherokee county, one of the fastest growing counties in the state. Tons of new development and a brand new high school moving in across the street. Lots of continued growth potential.
