The Ridge Church is located approx. 30 miles west of St. Louis in Villa Ridge, MO. We have 4 campuses with Villa Ridge being the main campus with an average of 550 in attendance since covid. The right person for this position will be one with a servants heart that feels called to full-time worship ministry and is looking for experience and on the job training for such. The candidate under supervision of the Associate Pastor of Worship and Media will be responsible for assisting in putting together a worship team, and coordinating, rehearsing, implementing and evaluating The Ridge Church's worship services each week, and administering a comprehensive music ministry. Leading vocally while playing an instrument is desired, as well as using presentation software, modern digital sound technology and video streaming. Emphasis will be on leading a contemporary service during one of our three Sunday morning time slots and all that comes with that. We will teach in all of those areas as needed.
