We are not just looking for a worship leader but a worship catalyst. We are looking for someone who can lead our worship with authenticity and excellence and lead others into a place of worship out of which they’ll live their lives to the glory of God. We are looking for someone who will lead this way themselves yet will also identify, raise up, and equip others to do the same. We hope that this position will grow into one that will lead to the equipping and raising up of new worship leaders, singers, musicians, and bands that will support the planting of future churches.
