Executive Pastor

The focus of the Executive Pastor position is administrative oversight of church personnel, facilities, finances, and new outreach initiatives. Applicants' employment history should demonstrate capacities in administration and management of personnel, facilities, finances, and various forms of ministry. The person selected for this position will be a primary partner with the senior pastor in the development of ministry initiatives to fulfill the mission and vision of PazNaz as we seek to care for those on the front line of human suffering and in finding new ways to communicate the Good News of Jesus to our surrounding communities.
