Part-time Minister of Music
THEOLOGICAL BELIEFS
Bartlett Hills is searching for a part-time Minister of Music who believes the Bible is true without any mixture of error and that the Bible is our ultimate and authoritative guide. He would also agree to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
PERSONAL SPIRITUAL LIFE
Our Music Minister must genuinely love the Lord, passionately live for Jesus, and be led by the Holy Spirit. Daily time in the Word and frequently sharing the gospel is expected.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
We are looking for a positive, team-oriented, team-builder, who is low drama, high-energy, and highly relational with people of all ages. One who is teachable, growing, detail-oriented, creative, and a true worshipper in their personal life.
MINISTRY PHILOSOPHY
Bartlett Hills is praying for the Lord to send a Music Minister whose ministry philosophy is centered around Jesus and built on Scripture. The end result of this ministry philosophy is to lead the congregation in worship through music, make disciples through the music ministry, and equip singers and musicians for ministry.
