Associate Media Director

We are looking for a creative professional (preferably bilingual but not required) that works well under pressure and is a multitasker. The Associate Media Director role will be a person who meets the following requirements:

• Strong Video Shooting and Editing Experience

• Some Graphic Design Experience.

• Knowledge of Social Media algorithms and evidence of social media relevance

• Marketing and Communications experience

• Knowledge of Adobe Products such as Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom.

• Organized, Multitasker, and able to meet deadlines.

Some of the job duties of this position will be (but not limited to):

• Oversee our Media Department (Video, Graphic Design, Social Media, Marketing) under the direct supervision of the Media Director

• Oversee Live Stream for Sundays and Midweek Services and any Special Events.

• Build, Maintain, and Train the Media Team Volunteers.

• Responsible for Video Announcement shooting and editing each week

• Responsible for scheduling effective, consistent, and relevant social media posts.

• Create Graphics or approve and manipulate graphics created by other graphic designers within our team.

• Create systems that will improve the flow of the media team's ability to meet deadlines for projects for all the departments within the church.
