This full-time, ministry position will oversee all the ministry initiatives for our children, 5K through 4th grade. Our ideal candidate will be able to create an age-appropriate plan to engage kids in ministry and service opportunities; champion the vision and values of the ministry throughout the church; train, organize and recruit volunteers to help further the ministry, and manage the budget and resources needed to make the ministry successful. Previous experience with growing a ministry in a large church setting along is preferred. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Sundays and Wednesday nights are required for Director Level positions.
