About Bay Area Community Church

OUR MISSION IS MAKING PASSIONATE, MATURING FOLLOWERS OF JESUS FROM HERE TO THE NATIONS.

Jesus calls us to make disciples of all nations (Mt. 28:19). He gives us his strategy in Acts 1:8 - to be his witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.

OUR JERUSALEM: THE GREATER ANNAPOLIS AREA

God wants to use us to reach out to our friends and family, to care for the needs of the poor and helpless, to reflect Jesus at work, to raise up the next generation of children and youth, to serve together in Missional Communities, and to provide room for more people to gather at our campuses.

OUR JUDEA AND SAMARIA: THE MID-ATLANTIC REGION AND THE U.S.

Our vision is about God and His kingdom. We are committed to planting gospel-centered churches that advance the reign of God. This is why we are constantly giving away financial resources and serving beyond the borders of Annapolis to pursue those who don't know Jesus. Living in a transient area, we seek to disciple people in the way of Jesus and then release them as "sent ones" (John 20:21) wherever God takes them.

OUR END OF THE EARTH: THE NATIONS.

Hundreds of nations, thousands of ethnic groups, billions of people... all loved by God. God has a heart for every tribe, tongue and nation. At Bay Area, we challenge each other to view our lives in light of God's grand redemptive plan for the nations. Together we will pray, give and go to the nations. We'll send people and give sacrificially to plant churches and serve the needy around the globe. We are convinced that God blesses the church who has His heart for the nations.
