This is a 12 month leadership development program designed for those who have completed their college studies or equivalent and already have a sense of their calling and career path.
Our Commitment to you
The Church Planting Resident will gain skills and strategic experience for the future vision of planting an independent church. This residency will help you develop vision, build a leadership team, and develop systems and strategies to start either an independent reproducing church, start a revitalization of a previous church, or start your church planting journey as a missionary.
