Worship Pastor

PURPOSE: To help propel the worship experience on Sunday mornings through song.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and work with Team Members to enhance Sunday morning worship experience

2. Develop, and grow our worship arts team

3. Maintain highly sensitive information and confidentiality

4. Attend staff meetings and other appropriate meetings

5. Schedule and attend worship practices

6. Continually learn music and parts each week.

7. Assist with the general leadership and oversight to the entire congregation.

8. Other as requested by Lead Pastor

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Called to LifeBridge

2. A servant’s heart that maintains a strong, consistent devotional life

3. Willing to go that extra mile, having that “can do” attitude

4. Organized, dependable and teachable

5. Able to give and follow direction

6. Be a leader that brings out the best in the team, empowering them, while raising up new leaders
