Youth Ministry Leader

We do not require seminary training, it is a plus, not required.

Supervise/Assist/encourage volunteers of Youth Ministry.

Lead/Assist volunteer for Weeknight Basketball.

Grades 6 to 12

Supervise/ Guide/ help others lead mid-week bible study opportunities for youth .

Help Senior Pastor and other lay leadership in a pastoral role in the life of the church, specifically in area of youth as well the church at large.

Would report directly to Senior Pastor, meeting regularly.

All events, outreaches, activities must adhere the church statement of faith, and not hinder other ministries as they function.

Time expectation would be 15-20 hours a week, it is a salary position.

We are a new church, started from a legacy church in Tampa. We are currently in the midst of a remodel. Our desire is to reach those far from Christ, and walk with them in discipleship relationships.
