• Instrumental leadership

• Vocal leadership

• Projection (Mac, ProPresenter, PowerPoint)

• Sound (Basic wiring/cabling/microphones; Behringer X32 Producer; Powerplay P16 in-ear monitor system)

• Organization (Planning Center; Excel; Budget responsibility)

3. Leadership Proficiencies

• Recruit, audition, train and retain team members

• Encourage and disciple team members

• Organize weekly rehearsals and

• Develop worship sets

4. Weekly Time Allocation

• Sunday service: 3 hours

• Planning, preparing and communicating: 5 hours

• Rehearsal: 3 hours

• Leadership meetings: 1 hour

5. Job Could Be Expanded up to 30 Hours/Week to Include:

• Website maintenance via Wix

• Facebook and Instagram maintenance

• Special event planning

Compensation: Approximately $16,000 - $27,000 per year, depending on range of duties.
