Director of Food Services

We're looking for a passionate leader to join our mission driven team at New Life Ranch - Frontier Cove!

As the Food Service Director at Frontier Cove you will lead a team of managers, seasonal, and

hourly staff to provide an atmosphere around the table where guests and campers can create

relationships, make memories and eat good food. You will help identify and develop growth in your managers to take ownership of their areas, and lead the teams. As a part of the Director Team you will help execute strategy and shape culture at Frontier Cove.

ABOUT YOU

- You have experience leading teams, and are confident implementing vision and strategy.

- You are comfortable managing and coaching direct reports in their work and development.

- You get excited about being a part of a site Director Team, helping the Executive

Director lead and shape Frontier Cove culture.

- You are self-motivated and take initiative in your work.

- You have experience managing teams in the Food Service industry (ideal, but not required).

We are a Christ-focused Summer Camp Retreat Center located in the Ozark foothills of Northeast Oklahoma.

Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equip believers for ministry. We provide a unique way to experience Christ with one-of-a-kind adventures, camps, retreats, and leadership development.
