Campus Pastor

We are looking for high-capacity, dynamic leaders who are great at building teams and empowering people for ministry. We are a fast-moving, passionate team with a mission to urgently lead people to say YES to Jesus and passionately follow Him!

We are one church in multiple locations, with campuses all over the San Francisco Bay Area and online. We are currently looking for Campus Pastors who will grow with us and help us bring Kingdom transformation both locally and across the world.

This role is for you if you are: 

• An experienced, dynamic leader (from either a corporate or church environment)
• A motivating team-builder
• Passionate about evangelism
• Able to deliver relevant, Biblical messages when called upon
• Not intimidated by the idea of leading campus staff and a church of 1,000+ people
• A motivator and inspirer, whether sitting with 20 people or standing in front of 4,000
• Hard-working, but love to have fun!
• A proactive self-starter, creative go-getter, but also collaborative team player

You will be: 

• Teaching and leading in small, medium, and large group settings
• Inspiring and mobilizing people to reach their friends for Jesus
• Leading and administrating campus staff to develop leaders and volunteers
• Performing other pastoral care responsibilities: coaching/mentoring, weddings, funerals, baptisms, child dedications, etc.
• Developing and implementing strategies to see the local ministry grow and thrive
• Responsible for preaching 2-4 weekends annually
