Children's Director/Pastor

The Fellowship, in Katy, Texas a non-denominational church is in search of a dynamic, full-time leader to effectively lead our Fellowship Kids Ministry. (Birth to 5th grade) We believe that this person will be a great connector, great at developing relationships, will be comfortable in 1-1 settings with both children and parents.

The Fellowship Kids leader will report to the Executive Pastor and provide a wide range of active leadership for all Children’s Ministries, lay leaders, children’s programs, and ministry to families and children.

Role Title: Director of Fellowship Kids / Children’s Pastor

Department: Children’s Ministry

Reports To: Executive Pastor

Supervises: Fellowship Kids Director, Fellowship Preschool Director

Qualifications:

Must be an excellent communicator with administrative/leadership skills

Must have a passion for Kid's ministry

Must have the ability to plan and facilitate events

Must be a self-starter and leader able to innovate when necessary

Must be able to cast vision and recruit others to that vision
