We were made for community, and a hospitality house is a place where a deep, transformative community is created and experienced. Military members find an open door, a welcoming smile, a comfortable couch, a home-cooked meal, and people who listen, encourage, love and point them to the hope of Christ. We share the ups and downs of life with military people, encouraging them into deeper relationships with Christ and others. It is often a life-changing, course-altering experience that equips them to be faithful followers of Jesus Christ.
Ministry at a hospitality house ranges from Bible studies (singles, married, young families, and other seasons of life), to evangelism and outreach, one-on-one discipleship, mission trips, retreats, excursions, and various activities designed to foster a healthy Christ-centered community.

Cadence International is a faith-based ministry requiring its missionaries to raise their monthly support through friends, family, and the church community. All appointed missionaries are partnered with an MPD coach (Ministry of Partnership Development) to encourage and guide them through this process. We have repeatedly witnessed the generosity of God and His people as our staff take this faith-building MPD journey.
We presently have hospitality house ministry opportunities across the United States, Europe, and Japan. Previous military experience is not required; many of our staff have not served. All of us have hearts for the military.

Salary is $32k - $40k and includes full benefits.
Please note that housing is provided for our hospitality house missionaries as an additional benefit as the home is also the primary ministry site.
