Children's Pastor

El Bethel Church, an Assemblies of God Spirit-filled church, is seeking to hire a Children's Pastor to oversee the Children’s Department, which includes EBC Kids (5-11 year olds) and EBC Kids Jr (3-4 year olds)

The Children's Pastor will have responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Creating a calendar of events, fundraisers, and curriculum for children

• Facilitate engaging, exciting and theologically sound children’s services

• Plan and execute large scale children’s events during the holidays and the summer

• Engage with parents to provide meaningful discipleship resources and support

• Equip EBC Kid's Jr volunteer teachers with curriculum and materials

• Assist the Pastor and support the vision of the church in all areas.

Qualifications:

• Experience in ministry needed with references

Characteristics:

• Willingness to serve and be willing to jump in wherever needed

• Able to relate and engage with children and parents

• Self-starter

• Organized and efficient

Salary will be relevant to experience.
