- A strong relationship with the Lord
- The ability to work as a co-laborer with the pastor, staff, and volunteers
- A desire to lead meaningful worship
- The ability to lead a blended style of music Sunday service
- Lead in at least one song on Wednesday evenings
- Responsible for band and praise team practice
- The ability to play an instrument is a great plus, but not required
- Prior experience preferred, but not required
Time would be focused on preparing songs, collaborating with intern and Pastor concerning service schedule, band practice, leading at least one song on Wednesday evenings and all of Sunday morning worship. There would also be a one-on-one weekly meeting with Pastor either in person, phone or video conference.
