pastor for online children's ministry

We're a hybrid church, our congregation meets interactively online on Sunday mornings (with people in many different locations participating), and we meet in person during the week in local fellowships. We need someone committed to, and experienced in, children's ministry who has the necessary passion and skills to work interactively with children online. Because you'd be leading an online children's ministry, relocation wouldn't be necessary. This would be a part-time position, at least for now. We're an evangelical, nondenominational church. We're a hybrid church; we meet online on Sunday mornings (with people gathering with us from many different states plus Puerto Rico), and we seek to facilitate midweek, in-person fellowships wherever some of our church family is located. We meet and study Scripture interactively; we encourage people to raise their hand and ask questions! We're not led by one primary leader, but by a senior pastoral team.
