Youth Pastor

Catalyst Church is a young and growing church located in southeastern New Mexico. We are seeking a full time Youth pastor to serve in an amazing community that has great schools and a focus on youth and families. We recently moved into a brand new facility in June 2025. Our staff likes to work hard and have fun, and we see our church as a family. We are looking for someone that can lead our student ministry and minister to an amazing group of teenagers in our church and help equip them to reach their classmates. This is a great opportunity to serve the Lord and help our church and more importantly the kingdom of God grow as we reach Artesia, NM with the gospel of Jesus Christ.  

Experience leading a student ministry in a church setting is required.
